What data this website collects
This website uses no cookies, tracking or advertising tools, and has no sign-up.
The calculator (the “Calculadora” and “Análisis completo” pages, in Spanish) does its sums in your own browser. If you don’t ask for your result by email, your answers are not sent anywhere.
If you ask for your result by email, it collects your email address, your name if you type it, the answers you give about your business, the date and the boxes you ticked. Giving your email is voluntary: without it you see part of the result (the hours per month) and you can message me on WhatsApp.
No automated decisions that affect you are made and no profiles are built: the calculator’s figures and tips are simple sums based on your answers.
Like any website, the server that hosts it (Vercel Inc.) keeps technical connection data such as IP addresses for a short time, so the site works and stays protected. This website does not use that data for anything else.
What I use your data for, and the legal basis
To send you the result you ask for. Legal basis: your consent (the first box).
If you tick the second box, to send you at most 2 emails with information about the Initial Check-up, which is a paid service. Legal basis: your consent. It is optional and not needed to get your result.
To prevent abuse (for example, someone using the calculator to send emails to other people), a fingerprint of your address is kept: a code derived from it that cannot be read back. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying “baja” (unsubscribe) to any of the emails. Withdrawing it does not affect what was sent before. I don’t sell or share your data.
Who else handles the data, where and for how long
The data is kept in Manuel’s Google account: Gmail (the emails), Google Sheets (the list of sends) and Apps Script (the program that sends the email). When you press the send button, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
Providers: Google (Gmail, Sheets and Apps Script) and Vercel Inc. (hosts the website). They may process data in the United States; they are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long: your email, name and answers, 12 months from when you send them or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. The anti-abuse fingerprint, 30 days. If you unsubscribe, I delete your answers and keep only a minimal record (the fingerprint of your address and the dates of your consent and unsubscription) for 3 years, so I can show I respected your choice and don’t write to you again.
If you message me
If you message me on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, I only use what you tell me to reply and, if you want, to prepare your test or check-up. Legal basis: handling your request and, if you ask for the check-up, steps prior to a contract. I don’t sell or share it with anyone. You can ask me to delete it at any time, through the same channel. WhatsApp and Instagram messages go through Meta’s services, which have their own privacy rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and take away your data, to object to its use and to ask for it to be limited. For any of these, email me at manudankloff@gmail.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). If you are in Spain, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
